Renters, learn your rights! Nicholas Smith and Zabeeh Rehman, legal advocates at North Shore Community Resources, will lead a workshop on residential tenancy law in British Columbia. This is your chance to learn about your rights and responsibilities as landlords and renters.

Topics will include: tenancy agreements, roommate arrangements, security and pet deposits, a tenant’s right to quiet enjoyment, repairs and maintenance, rent increases, the different rules that apply when a landlord or a tenant wants to end a tenancy, and how to settle disputes you may have with your landlord or tenant.

Presented in partnership with North Shore Community Resources.

Registration is recommended, but drop-ins may be allowed if space permits. Questions? Email info@nvcl.ca or call 604-998-3450.
