Bees are an important part of our ecosystem. They are amazing pollinators, and help us grow the fruits and vegetables we eat. Mason bees are gentle, non-stinging super-pollinators that live across Canada. Unlike other bees, they don't live in hives, but prefer to burrow into cozy spots like holes in old logs, or mason bee houses that humans provide for them.

Be a good neighbour by building a mason bee house out of recycled materials! For youth in grades 5 – 7.
