Community information

Community information can be found in the lobby of the library, on the inner curved shelving to the right (east) of the entrance.

The library will only put out non-profit, non-denominational, and non-political material. Posters should be 8 ½ X 11, and can be submitted to the Welcome Desk for posting. Material will be put out two weeks prior to the event. Please note that space is limited and we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate all submitted material.

Free Materials

All free brochures, newsletters, and newspapers are also located on the inner curved shelving in the lobby of the library. Customers are welcome to help themselves to any of these items.

All material must be approved by the customer service supervisor prior to being displayed. Materials submitted will not be returned. Please be aware that space is limited and there is no guarantee that materials submitted will be displayed. Time-sensitive materials will be removed when they become out of date. Other materials may be removed to make room for newer materials. Any questions or concerns can be directed to the head of branch operations and customer experience at 604-998-3452
