Join the North Shore Primary Care Networks (PCN) Team and Public Health (VCH) to learn about how to take care of yourself and your loved ones in our fall Preventive Care Series “Connect the Dots to a Healthier Life."

Vaccines are essential in the fight against infectious diseases. Come and hear from doctors and nurses at the North Shore Public Health and Primary Care Team to learn about why following the vaccination schedule is important and how it benefits you and those around you. They will provide advice on who is eligible and where to go for your shots.
