Bestselling author Richard Van Camp is a proud Tłı̨chǫ Dene from Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, and author of 30 incredible books for children and babies. Van Camp is an important indigenous voice and mentor to other indigenous writers, and will share insights about the vital role that storytelling plays in Indigenous cultures, as well as highlight Indigenous ways of knowing and communicating knowledge. 

This program is ideal for youth in grades 5 – 8 (ages 8 to 12) and will be presented via YouTube Live.
