This is tutoring session is open to youth in grades 4 to 9.

Please submit a separate registration for each week that you plan to attend.

Study stars is a dedicated group of passionate teenagers committed to giving back to the community. Fueled by our love of learning and diverse skills and strengths, we offer tutoring to youth in grades 4 – 9 in various subjects, from mathematics to language arts. We tailor our approach to each student. We are able to help develop language skills for homework and conversation practice in English and French. Beyond academic support, our goal is to create a nurturing environment where youth can develop a genuine passion for learning. By collaborating with City Library, we aim to establish a lasting impact on education in our community, fostering a love for knowledge and academic success among the aspiring minds we have the privilege to guide.

Introducing the tutors:

Daisy

My name is Daisy, I'm a grade 11 student at Carson Graham in the IB Diploma Programme. My favourite subjects are Global Politics and Math.

Reese

Hi, l’m Reese, a Grade 11 IB Diploma Programme student at Carson Graham. I have lots of experience working with children, ranging from previous tutoring experience, coaching, and being a camp counsellor. I am strong at all subjects, but I enjoy Social Studies the most!

Ally

My name is Ally, I’m a Grade 11 IB Diploma Programme student at Carson Graham. I have experience counselling at Outdoor School, summer camps, and coaching Special Olympics, plus I teach kids engineering and 3D printing through work. I really enjoy the sciences and English.
