Calling all aspiring filmmakers! Are you interested in learning how to create stop-motion animation? Join us for this introductory workshop.
Participants will work in groups to:
- Create a script and storyboard;
- Create a set and do character planning;
- Film a stop-motion movie with animation cameras and software;
- Edit your movie to create a final production.
Please note: You must be able to attend all sessions to participate. This program is for students in grades 4 – 8 and takes place over nine consecutive Tuesdays, from 31st March 2026 to 26th May 2026.
Please register just once for this program. When you register, you will be registered for all sessions.
To provide access to as many children as possible, priority will be given to registrants who have not taken this program previously.
Registration will open 2 weeks before the first session.
