The library has three meeting rooms available for rental by individuals or groups. Costs are based on the size and capacity of the room, with different pricing for for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

A valid North Vancouver City Library card is required for all room bookings, and an NVCL cardholder must be present for the duration of the booking.


1st Floor Program Room

Not for profit: $12.50/hour

3rd Floor - Half Program Room (26’ X 24’)

For profit use: $50/hour (3-hour minimum)
Not for profit: $25/hour (3-hour minimum)
Prices do not include GST

($25 flat fee for use of projector/screen, or TV)

IMPORTANT:
A 1-hour set-up and take-down charge is applied to any booking for this room. For example, if you request a total of 2.5 hours, you will be charged for 3.5 hours. This fee is mandatory.

3rd Floor - Full Program Room (26’ X 48’)
