Adult summer reading challenge - terms and conditions
| 1. | Competition opens Monday, June 30, 2025, and closes Sunday, Aug. 24, 2025. |
| 2. | Specific competition periods for mini prizes are as follows:

| 4. | Participants must be aged 17+ on the day the competition opens. |
| 5. | Complete a reading challenge and then submit your challenge slip on the online submission form at nvcl.ca/adultsrc or in person at the 2nd or 3rd floor desks. Challenge slips will be made available on all three floors of the library. |
| 6. | For every challenge slip submitted, participants will receive one entry into the grand prize draws. They will also receive one entry into the biweekly prize draw corresponding to the date they submit the challenge. If a challenge slip describes two or more separate books, this may be counted as two or more separate challenge slips for the purpose of counting prize entries. |
| 7. | For every six challenge slips submitted, participants will receive one bonus entry into the grand prize draws. |
| 8. | Program registration is required to be eligible for all prize draws, and only needs to be completed once. Registration can be completed online via the registration form at nvcl.ca/adultsrc or in person at the 2nd or 3rd floor desks. Participants may choose whether they would like to participate in the competition when they register. |
| 9. | Biweekly prize draws take place on the following dates:
Grand prize draws take place at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 28, 2025. |
| 10. | North Vancouver City Library staff will not be permitted to participate in the public competition prize draws listed above. |
| 11. | Winners will be announced on library social media channels and contacted by either phone or email. |
| 12. | Unclaimed prizes will be held at the library for one month. Any prizes unclaimed after Sunday, Sept. 28 will be forfeit. |
