The Salvation Army also offers a frozen meal program for all, especially for seniors. They deliver twice a week to individuals that cannot come and purchase. Seniors who have access to the internet can view their menu on their website and purchase online:

  • Offers grocery shopping assistance to seniors, people with health challenges, and recent travelers in quarantine. The cost is covered if you are unable to pay. Please call to register for this program.
  • People experiencing homelessness can visit the church office Monday to Friday 9-5 and receive a food card for Save-On Foods. 

Health Connections Clinic

Health clinic for North Shore residents who do not have a regular family doctor or nurse practitioner and face complex medical, mental health, addictions and socio-economic needs
