Gather with fellow seniors at the library, share stories and enjoy light refreshments. Drop-ins are welcome, but registrations are encouraged. Advance care panning helps you, and the people you trust, prepare for future health-care decisions.
This session will help you think and talk about your wishes and who would make decisions for you if you cannot. You will learn about why advance care planning is important for everyone and how to do it.
This session is being hosted by Community Engagement Advisory Network (CEAN), which is part of Vancouver Coastal Health.
