For those in grades 2 – 5.
If you have a child who would benefit from extra reading with an encouraging mentor, Read Along might be right for you! Teen volunteers are paired with reading buddies in grades 2 to 5 who are able to read on their own and want to build their confidence and skill by working on reading retention, pronunciation and spelling. This program is every Wednesday, Feb. 1 – March 8 via NVCL Zoom.
Registration opens Dec. 5 at 9 a.m.
Please only register once: you will automatically be registered for all six sessions.
- Participants must have access to a personal device or computer, and reliable internet access.
- An adult must be available to help with technical issues logging in to Zoom.
- Participants must commit to all six sessions.
- Participants will receive the Zoom link one day before the event. Check your spam or junk folder for that email.
